The hiretag is a classified interactive website, an online venue, where the Private or Business users can offer
products/ services to hire (the Hirer). It also offers solutions for the other users who are looking to hire (the
Hiree) through searching their desired products/ services into the Wanted tab. To be able to hire, the user
(the Hiree) must contact the owner (the Hirer) of the desired product/service through messaging or even by
phone, if that user made it public.
Through the WANTED tab, users can add their needed products/ services which they require, while the
registered user (who can help), can message them and offer their help.
Therefore the system is a hire-pool offering functionalities for C2C, B2C and B2B systems. The users could
be a Visitor, HIRER or/and HIREE.
The User can access the System without Registration (Optional Registration), as VISITOR, but their
navigation/ functionalities are limited (eg: they cannot answer to any advert in detail, they cannot save
listings to Favourites or they are not able to message anyone)
As a HIREE, (someone who hires from a hirer) the user must register to the website, therefore they can:
-access adverts
-respond to adverts, message the owner
-share adverts
-report adverts
-send feedback
-add product/ service to Favourites -follow other users
-edit account (edit and/or change picture, address, password, description)
-add Forum topic, like/ dislike forum’s topic and/ or comments, add comments to Forum.
As a HIRER (owner or someone who hires something to someone else) the user can do everything a Hiree
does, plus:
-list adverts
-respond buyer message
-pay for the advert (if there are more than 5 adverts per month)
The System completes its functionalities, lets the user edit their Profile, check their Tags, Listings,
Feedback, Following/ Followers list, Complaints, Forums add and manage Credit Card.
The System also offers Private users to list for FREE if they upload up to 5 listings monthly, and to buy a
Subscription Pack ( available from 3 types of it), if they want to upload more listings, choosing accordingly.
For Business users, hireTag offers them to choose and pay from one of the 3 Subscription Packs which are
available.
